I have actually been studying this thing, I think there are a few more revisions..how about flooded residents somewhere in there, you know the people who actually suffered a loss so others could spend millions “planning” Maybe a stuck between meemaw and ray

I think you have caught the true spirit of their Plan, but the Locals have a different Plan.
